How long have you been coaching?
I’ve been coaching for a few years, through my blog and in a sense my poetry, and songs.
Explain your approach to counseling individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations?
I created the coaching hub to provide tools for others to navigate the various challenges, stresses of life and also to gain clarity in their lives, decision making process, every facet of life, and wellness.
What is the key to success when communicating with the public?
I believe the key is “keeping it real”, conveying what you want to convey in a way that is understandable to the audience .
Please Tell me how you organize, plan, and prioritize your work?
Each month I seek to put e-books, articles, meditations and webinars that address the holistic wellness of those who come to the site.

Share an experience you had in dealing with a difficult person and how you handled the situation?
I had experience in my life personally where certain persons were not respecting my boundaries, without getting into details, and I had to with a firm voice, not enabling the behavior patterns that was stressing me out, but also was allowing their bad habits to continue. I told them clearly that I couldn’t support their negative behavior.
What do you love about coaching the most?
I love the positive impact I can make on lives.
