William founded Nationwide Medical Services in Norfolk, VA in 1992. It would rapidly earn the title of the fastest-growing company in the medical staffing sector. Nationwide’s revenues rose more than three hundred percent annually in each of its first six years in business. This allowed Nationwide to add additional offices in key locations. Nationwide consolidated with the firm Jackson & Coker, in 1997, to form J&C Nationwide, the best-known name in the industry. Will Goldstein continued to head the company until he sold it in 2004. The combined organization would work with 165,000 physicians and healthcare professionals.

Then subject to a five-year non-compete clause, he would enter a new industry with RCG Companies, the publicly traded company that would eventually become OneTravel Holdings OneTravel Holdings would become one of the largest leisure tour and travel operators in the United States, with brands such as 1800CHEAPSEATS and SunTrips.
