One of the firs things that stuck out about him was his movie star good looks. This guy could be the next James Bond! Until then, however, he will be fighting villains and heroes in movie after movie including James Bond’s Spectre in 2015. He also did stunt work in Jason Bourne (2016), Overdrive (2017) and two other big budget films for 2018, M:I 6 – Mission Impossible and Big Bang.

WE expected to find just a few projects on his resumé but when we pulled it up on IMDB we couldn’t have been more surprised. First of all stuntmen (and women) are the unsung heroes of action movies – they do all the tough stuff for the movie stars to keep them from being injured and thus closing down the production, which would cost millions of dollars. Even knowing that we just didn’t realize that his resumé ended up being the longest one we’ve ever read. It has the most movies and TV shows that he has worked on than anyone else in the business – or so it appeared to us.

As we scrolled down even more familiar movies started popping up along with a lot of French movies, TV shows and short films. He did stunt work in Luc Besson’s science fiction movie Lucy, starring Scarlett Johansson. He also worked on Red 2, starring Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren to name a few. There were just too many credits on Jean Charles’ resumé to mention here. Just going down the list quickly we counted over a hundred shows that this incredible stunt performer participated in.

After looking at Jean’s very impressive work list we saw him in action on Youtube. He fights a couple of bad guys and I actually came away from that reel feeling really sorry for those bad dudes or anyone else who gets in Jean Charles’ way. This guy is the real thing.

Kento is a handsome leading man who can do anything physically. He is a martial arts practitioner and he has trained in traditional Japanese sword fighting. He is an all around athlete as he was on the Japanese National Soccer Team and he can dance also. His acting, however, is something to behold. Whatever technique or method he uses it is useful. He can transform himself from the truly nice person he really is into something almost unrecognizable when he gets into character. It’s as though he is a magician and abracadabra – he turns himself magically into another thing altogether.

He’s been in countless commercials such as, Amazon Prime, Snapchat, Munsingwear, Citi Panda, I Talk BB and Gogawi, to name a few. Kento has also been cast in some highly praised and very well done films. Some of the feature films he’s been in are: Last three days, by director Brian Ulrich, ZAPS, Inc, and Another Yesterday, directed by Steven Heil. Another Yesterday by the way was Kento’s first ever audition and he had never even been in front of a camera before that. He played Akira – the lead in the motion picture.

That kind of story – yes, another magical part of his life, is a wonderful example of what can happen when everything comes together at once. He was attending Santa Monica College at the time, studying acting and he went to the audition without expecting anything. After all, it was his first time at a real movie audition and why would they hire some inexperienced guy who had just learned English and had almost no acting experience. Well, if you ever see his reel or watch Kento in any of his movies you will know exactly why he was chosen for the lead role of Akira. The answer is not magical at all – it is very simple: Kento is extremely talented and that is why he has established himself so fast as a very fine and talented actor in Hollywood.

Yannik has acted in films, on the stage, in television and in music videos. He’s been around the block and yet he still keeps his passion burning strong. He does it simply because he loves acting so much that he can’t imagine himself doing anything else for a career. He did, however, work as a barista in a coffee house in Canada, but that was before he moved to L.A. to pursue acting as a profession. In fact, he was working for only one reason: to save enough money to get to Hollywood and study acting from the best teachers in the world. After that, he started working regularly and he was offered representation almost immediately, which is a rare thing indeed. His agents obviously realized solid talent and a hard work ethic when they saw it.

Besides movies and TV, Yannik is a radio host also. He was a guest on the show Accent On, several times and the show’s producer invited him to host his own segment called, Accent On Yannik. This guy must have some kind of magic working for him – or at least a lot of good karma, because he seems to always be in the right place at the right time. Of course, that seems to be the case with all the established actors and actresses, they get one good part and everyone notices them and then it’s onward and upward from then on out.

Yannik has a perfume commercial coming out soon, but he refrained from telling us the brand name. He said he wanted to surprise us. He also has several acting offers on the table, which he is pondering, along with some projects he is developing for himself. We’ll just have to wait and see what they are.

We saw Harry Jarvis in a few things recently and he most certainly fits the bill described above. The very talented British actor has movies star looks AND he can act. We most recently saw him in the horror movie The Dare, and he convinced us in about three seconds that he had everything needed to be a solid actor, which he is. He was able to steal just about every scene that he was in. (Sorry to the other actors).

In the film 2Hrs his acting talents shine. He plays the lead role of Tim who is a slacker schoolboy who great at wasting time. He finds out, however, that he doesn’t have very much time – he only two hours left to live. Harry carries the film and makes it fun to watch, something that is difficult to do when you’re playing a schoolboy with only two hours to live. We also caught a bit of the six-part historical series called Queens, where Harry played Lord Darnley. Some of his other projects are: ‘Thorne – Scaredy Cat’, the three part Sky drama series, where he plays Young Nicklin alongside David Morrissey, Sandra Oh and Aiden Gillen, and a pilot for Disney called Wings, Spaceship, directed by Screen International’s UK Star of Tomorrow Alex Taylor. Harry has also done quite a lot of theatre such as, King John, as Arthur, Around The World In 80 Plays, as Bernardo, and Agamemnon, as Young Arestes, among many others.

Whether Harry has movie star looks is really irrelevant. It’s the work that counts and the work that Harry does and has done counts a lot toward his being a well-established actor who is respected by his peers and his audiences alike. When he was in high school, Obie never thought he would come over to the U.S. and be a movie actor. He did, however, learn fluent English and competed in the All-Japan English Speech Contest and die extremely well. So well, in fact, that after he gave his competitive speech he knew what his destiny was and where it would take him. He knew that he would devote his time and energy and his life to acting and performing in general.

His long resumé in such a short period of time testifies to the fact that Obie is succeeding and has established himself as an in-demand performer. He speaks fluent English, Japanese and has a strong Spanish language background. Obie splits his time between Las Vegas and Hollywood and has several projects in development currently.

Besides all his incredible acting roles over the last few years, Ego has had quite an impressive background. Just a glimpse inside his resume’ reads as follows; TV journalist, theater director, show producer, beauty pageant jury member, master of sport, guest professor, martial arts and classic dance specialist, high school musical graduate and not to forget, a father of 3.

All of this experience has clearly transferred from Ego, into his characters, he plays so believably and honestly.

Ego also has a long acting resumé on top of all of his other artistic pursuits. His CV includes features where he has usually played mob bosses and villains although he was in Troy 2, The Odyssey, in which he played the supporting role of King Priam. The movie was classified as a historical action. There are many fighting scenes, fires, explosions, monsters, and everything that audiences can expect from a good action movie. However, it was Ego’s appearance that made the movie clearly more believable as he adds some real drama to it. Actor’s performances always compare with their predecessors. In the first ‘Troy’ production, King Priam was beautifully played by Peter O’Toole. His vision of the character was tremendous, but absolutely matched to his own age and physical abilities. His death wasn’t heroic, cowardly, and useless for the future of his Kingdom. As Ego played the same role, he reminded audiences that a 50 year old man is still full of physical power and he may and will fight as a great warrior, when the future of his people are at stake.

In Troy 2, Ego further developed the human like attributes of his character. Audiences may see he is in love with Circe, the beautiful lead of his guards. His last words to his son Paris, his last look to the burning city were highly dramatic scenes with the power of the deadly wounded, yet he still remains a great King. When he lost everything and only the mission he may complete is revenge for the sake of his kingdom rebirth, he made it perfect. In his final scene, we may see Ego’s character fight as a lion and it is a given that the audience will have goose bumps, because of Ego’s presence coming across the screen.

Hollywood is already realizing this guys enormous charisma and talent. We can’t wait to see what this international performer does next.
